   2nd year we are partnering with Peddler's Sons Uncorked to bring you Wine kits right from the Vineyard in CA. Each Kit will come with 5.3 gallons of must(grape juice) that you can make into Amazing wine. We will also have a yeast/fining packet to help with the wine making process along with step by step instructions.

   You can buy whole grapes and crush them yourself or buy the grape juice 5.3 gallon bucket.

 (note: 1 case of whole grapes is 36 pounds - and will make about 2.5 gallons of juice)

  Red Wines

   

  A deep red from a deeply red fleshed grape. Alicante juice is often rather neutral in flavor and aroma.

  A dark berried grape, wine made from Barbera grapes are generally dry, full-bodied and richly colored with a tang. High in natural acids, Barbera has been known to age well for long periods.

  Red Wine

   

  Cabernet Sauvignon is a small, pulpy deep red in color with distinctive flavor and aroma. It produces wines that are medium to dry, full-bodied, and deep red in color. The aroma and flavor of Cabernet wines tend to be complex, often woody or reminiscent of herbs.  Cabernet is well paired with beef, lamb, game, or any classic French cuisine.

  Red Wine

   

  Often used in blends. A late-ripening, prolific grape, Carignane has been described as being high in everything: color, acid, tannins, and flavor. These wines are best paired with hearty ethnic dishes or spicy tomato sauces.

  White Wine

   

  Generally dry and tart appears to be straw yellow to pale gold in color. One of the few whites which can age well for up to 6 or 8 years.

   

  Palate

   

  Apples and tropical fruits, or a touch of oak and vanilla in barrel aged choices.

  Red/Rosé Wine - Dry

   

  Grenache is used in blending enhancing the quality with its’ sweetness and strong flavor. Making table wines such as rose wines.

   

  Palate

   

  Red and dark fruits such as black cherry, raspberry and strawberry. Balanced by a bit of a spicy black, pepper, cinnamon, hints of tobacco and bay leaf.

• JOHANNISBURG RIESLING JUICE $64

  White Wine - Sweet

   

  A slightly sweet Riesling, rich with balanced tones of tropical fruit and light acidity.  Makes a delicious white sangria - just add mangos, peaches, green apples, or pineapple, vodka/rum, and club soda.

  Red Wines

   

  The red (or black). Flavor profile dried roses, forest floor, Moroccan spice, orange peel with flavors of ripe plums, candied red currant, dark chocolate, baking spices, and black tea. Medium-bodied, with medium tannins and medium acidity.

  Red Wine - Dry

   

  Merlot red, blackberry fruit, currants, cherries, and plums. With hints of dried herbs like sage, and if it's been aged in new oak. It can take on aromas and flavors that are reminiscent of chocolate, vanilla, and cafe mocha.

   

  Palate

   

  Tastes like dark fruits, such as plums, black cherries, and blackberries, with a chocolatey finish. Range of flavors, including graphite, herbs, clove, and cedar when aged in oak.

  Red Wine - Dry

   

  Mixed black juice can be medium to deep in color, flavorful, and medium to full-bodied. Flavor ranging from flowery and fruity to musky or woody. Wines made with the mixed black pack are generally fun sipping wines because sipping allows time to savor and explore the unique blend of flavors and aroma.

   

  Palate

   

  Tastes like dark fruits, such as plums, black cherries, and blackberries, with a chocolatey finish. Range of flavors, including graphite, herbs, clove, and cedar when aged in oak.

  FRUIT: Blueberry, Blackberry, Plum, OTHER: Black Pepper, Violet, Rose, Smoke, Gravel, Meat

  OAK: Yes. Usually medium to long oak aging.

  White Wine - Sweet

   

  Muscat grapes range in color from pale gold to golden brown. Wines made form Muscat grapes tend to be refreshingly sweet and pale to deep golden color. They are often best when well chilled and make a dessert wine.

   

  Palate

   

  Floral and spicy characteristics, with fruit that falls toward the tropical, peach, nectarine, and apricot end of the spectrum. Hints of ginger and lemongrass are common, as are jasmine, honey, and lychee.

  Red Wine - Dry

   

  A late-ripening variety, which probably lends to the deeply complex aroma, Nebbiolo grapes are deeply colored and high in natural acids, earthly to floral. Like the Cabernets, Nebbiolo is best left to mature for longer periods which allows the flavor and aroma to deepen. It pairs well with beef, lamb, wild game, or any heavily seasoned meat.

  Light, crisp and refreshing, bursting with tropical fruit flavors and aromas. Delicate floral notes mingle with ripe pear, peach and melon on the nose, leading to bright citrus, white peach and tropical fruit flavors.

  With medium-colored berries that are both tart and fruity as well as spicy and earthy. Pinot is a perfect complement to a good steak or other hearty beef dishes.
